My name is Colter Dufault and I am the owner and founder of Triggered Archery LLC. At the early age of 3, my father had a bow in my hands. I shot all day and every day for my entire childhood. Through the years, I watched my father be one of those typical "voluteer" bow technician in our community. We all know that guy! After all the times watching, I begin to hone my skills as well. So at the age of 16, I became the bow tech and an upcoming shop in our community owned by a good friend known as Valley Archery Range and Pro Shop. I started my employment in 2004 with the intentions of buying into the company. Once I turned 18, I bought into the company. The shop was a big hit in our community and we were known to be the go to shop.

Unfortunately, this was in a time where draw boards were not a big thing and bows were at the peak of their harsh draw cycles during the speed game time. In addition, I was recovering from injuries and I knew if I continued to shoot these customer bows with draw lengths way longer than my own 26" draw length, I wouldn't be able to continue my passion for archery very much longer. So in 2009, we closed up shop and I pursued other career opportunities.

Fast forward 10 years, I now have a wife and kids and I am still getting calls all year long from people who are struggling getting their bows to shoot correctly. It was the same thing everytime. They got my number from a friend of a friend. So I found myself working my day job till 5 and tuning bows all night as that "voluteer" bow tech again. I very much still enjoyed doing it but I needed to spend that time with my family. So, I began saying no to people for a few years until my best friend asked me to please help his Co-Worker with his bow. It was at that moment that I realized how needed good quality bow techs were and how much I missed being that person. So I agreed to meet with his Co-Worker Tony. We got his bow shooting right away and he was overly excited about much better the bow shot. He then asked the question... Why don't you do this for people anymore? We need you! I felt that purpose come back and I decided to be the guy that helps find solutions for archers! However... I dreaded the idea that I would have to start fletching arrows again! It was time consuming and it is beyond frustrating when you have 1-3 arrows coming back because the glue didn't hold!! So I continued my search for a glue that worked as it should. I didn't find anything that I thought was bulletproof enough. So my first task back into the archery industry was to find the solution myself. So I got to work researching and designing my own glue that hit every check mark!

Well we finally did it! 

And in honor of the person who asked the right question to bring me back out of archery retirement, the man who goes by the nickname of Mouldsy. We are proud to introduce our flagship product: mold-Z Glue!
